Services

We work in three areas: artificial intelligence, software architecture, and projects for European public bodies.

AI Solutions

AI you can rely on every day.

Many organisations try AI and stop at the demo. We build AI that runs inside the systems your team already uses. It has to give the same answer twice, keep working under load, and be easy to explain to an auditor.

  • Adding AI assistants to your own systems
  • Search that finds the right answer in your documents
  • Automating slow, repetitive tasks
  • Private assistants for your team
  • Making sense of large document archives
  • Checking AI answers for accuracy and safety
  • Running AI on your own servers, so data stays in-house
  • Meeting the requirements of the EU AI Act

Software Architecture

The planning that keeps software working for years.

Software gets harder and more expensive to change as it grows. We decide how the parts fit together, move systems to the cloud, and help teams release new versions without breaking things. We also review other companies' software for investors and buyers.

  • Reviewing how your systems are built
  • Planning a move to the cloud
  • Breaking large systems into manageable parts
  • Faster, safer releases
  • Spotting problems before your users do
  • Improving security and meeting regulations
  • Building web and mobile applications
  • Technical reviews before an investment or purchase

European & Public Sector

Work that meets public-sector standards.

Public bodies need more than software that works. They need a clear written record of every decision, and ways of working that fit public procurement rules. Stomis currently works under contract for the European Commission (DG DIGIT).

  • Delivery under public contracts
  • Digital services for public bodies
  • Leading the technical work across several suppliers
  • Writing and reviewing formal documents
  • Working within public procurement rules
  • Keeping a clear record of every decision
  • Planning the use of open-source software
  • Preparing for audits and reviews

How an AI assistant answers a question

Four steps. The third one is what makes the answer worth trusting.

documents

Your documents stay where they already are. Nothing is copied into a second system that then has to be kept up to date.

search

The system finds the passages most likely to answer the question. It remembers which document and which section each one came from.

check

If an answer cannot be traced back to a source, it is blocked before anyone sees it. This is what lets you find out, months later, why the system said what it said.

answer

The answer arrives with its sources attached, so anyone can check it instead of taking it on trust.
