What happens to the information you send through the contact form.

What the form asks for

The form asks for your name, your organisation, your email address, the topic you are writing about, and your message. We ask for each of these so we can understand your enquiry and reply to it. Nothing else is collected.

Why we are allowed to use it

We use it because you agree to it. You have to tick a box before the form will send, and nothing is sent until you do.

Where your message goes

The form is handled by Formspree, Inc., a company based in the United States. That means your message leaves the EU. Under GDPR this is called an international transfer. STOMIS Single Member P.C. relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to protect it. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy at https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 12 months after your last message. If the enquiry becomes a signed contract, the details move into the contract file and follow that contract's rules instead.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you. You can ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send you a copy you can take elsewhere. You can also object to us using it at all. Email hello@stomis.eu and we will deal with it.

If you think your data has been handled badly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα).

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no cookies. It runs no analytics. It loads nothing from other companies when a page opens. Nothing here tracks you before you choose to send the form. That is a deliberate choice, not an oversight.
